Massage

The use of Dry Needling and Remedial Massage techniques are used to help these conditions and break down the trigger points . Another exciting modality which has recently been added to Myotherapy courses is the Functional Movement Screens (FMS). FMS is a tool used to score how well you perform certain movements. The score given will determine your risk of injury (in sport or every day activities). FMS results can be passed on to a personal trainer when designing training programs to ensure you are working towards goals that are personalized to your needs.   Myotherapy often works well alone or in conjunction with Physiotherapy or Osteopathic treatments for rehabilitation.

 Group Classes

We offer a range of classes including Les Mills Classes, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Cycle classes.  Classes are included in your membership and casual classes are also available.

Kids Club

Healthworks has a great creche  to keep the little ones entertained while you workout.  Caring staff will make your workout stress free.
